All Levels – for all levels including those with minor injuries or conditions and challenges are offered for those looking for a little extra work! Classes are pregnancy friendly.
Intermediate – for those who are free from injury and can hold tabletop for extended periods. Classes may include Pilates jumpboard series
and are not suitable for pregnant women.
Express (40min) – an all-levels class for a quick and effective workout that is also pregnancy friendly.
All equipment provided. Please bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfy exercise clothes and grip socks. ToeSox can be purchased at the studio for $24.
