PRE & POST PREGNANCY

Doing regular Pilates whilst pregnant will help you to strengthen your tummy muscles and pelvic floor, reduce discomfort in your low back, help with balance and learn relaxed controlled breathing.

Mums returning to exercise after bub will enjoy building strength and condition in their body with effective post-pregnancy Pilates programs.

Please discuss your pregnancy or post-partum condition with an instructor before commencing classes. It is important we understand a little more about you and your pregnancy/delivery to ensure we provide a safe and appropriate Pilates program.
