Join other mums (and their bubs!) as you strengthen, stretch and condition your body with specialised post-pregnancy Pilates care. Sessions include Reformer, MatWork and Barre.
Bub is welcome to join you for this 45-minute session. We have someone on hand to help but we find little ones who aren't yet on the move are the happiest to sit and play while mum works out (babies under 9 months)!
Please discuss your post-partum condition with an instructor before commencing classes. It is important we understand a little more about you and your pregnancy/delivery to ensure we provide a safe and appropriate Pilates program.
