Our group matwork classes are the best way to introduce yourself to Pilates. You will gently and safely learn important movement patterns that are fundamental to Pilates while enjoying an effective and rewarding workout!
Basic – for all beginners, those with minor injuries or conditions and classes are pregnancy friendly.
All Levels - suitable for all levels including beginners and those with minor injuries but are not suitable for pregnant women.
Intermediate – for those who are free from injury, can hold tabletop for extended periods and enjoy a little extra challenge!
Small Pilates Equipment Classes (Intermediate level) – intermediate matwork classes with additional challenges using small Pilates equipment
items including small and large Pilates balls, circles, foam rollers and bands.
Mats and equipment provided. Please bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfy exercise clothes.
